RB-128-17

The Safety Guide contains Rostechnadzor’s recommendations on drawing up and conduct of the procedure for nuclear material transfer among organizations involved in nuclear material management, among material balance areas of an organization and inside the material balance areas. The Safety Guide is recommended to be applied by organizations involved in nuclear material management regardless of their organizational-legal form.

The Safety Guide was approved by Rostechnadzor Order No.416 of October 10, 2017.

RB-130-17

The Safety Guide contains Rostechnadzor’s recommendations on establishment of physical protection levels for the facilities (premises, structures, and buildings), where radioactive substances are managed or where a radiation source or a storage facility is located and/or operated. The Safety Guide covers physical protection of radioactive substances, radiation sources and storage facilities mentioned in NP-034-15.

The Safety Guide is intended to be applied by an organization (entity) involved in operation of a radiation source or a storage facility, management of radioactive substances or radioactive wastes, as well as by federal executive bodies and designated organizations executing state control over atomic energy use.

The Safety Guide was approved by Rostechnadzor Order No.417 of October 10, 2017.
