NP-046-18 are coming into effect

On April 23, 2018, the Federal Safety Regulations NP-046-18 “Rules for Design and Safe Operation of Steam and Hot Water Boilers for Nuclear Facilities” are coming into effect.

The Regulations stipulate the requirements to the design, manufacturing, mounting, adjustment, repair, reconstruction (modernization), and operation of specially designed to be applied in the field of atomic energy use steam and hot water boilers, autonomous superheaters and economizers, which are used during operation of nuclear facilities.

Order of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service of Russia is No. 113 dated of March 19, 2018 113, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Russia on April 11, 2018 under the No. 50707.
