VIII International Forum “AtomEco-2015” continues to work

VIII International Forum “AtomEco-2015” continues to work 10.11.2015 The VIII-th International exhibition and conference “AtomEco-2015” continues to work. The main thematic topic of this forum is the comprehensive implementation of programs related to the elimination of “nuclear legacy”, which are considered as an effective impulse for the development of the nuclear industry.

SEC NRS is actively involved into the exhibition and business programme of this event. During the first day of the forum the following staff members presented their reports:

Mr. Alexander Khamaza (SEC NRS Director) provided report titled “Safety Improvement as a Result of FTP NRS Arrangements Implementation (Round table: “Programs for the Elimination of «nuclear legacy» as a Factor of National Security”);

Mr. Valery Bochkarev (Head of radiation safety division) provided report titled “Safety Ensuring - as the Major Criteria for Decision-making in Respect to Special Radioactive Waste”, Round table: “Programs for the Elimination of «Nuclear Legacy» as a Factor of National Security”);

Mrs. Marina Nepeipivo (Deputy Head of fuel cycle facilities safety division) provided report titled – “Development of the System of Federal Regulations and Rules in the Field of RAW Management under the Frames of Establishment of Unified State System on RAW Management”, Round table:  “Implementation of the First Phase of the Unified State System of RAW and Plans for the Future”.
