SEC NRS is training specialists from VARANS, VAEA, VINATOM

03.12.2012 On December 3, 2012 SEC NRS started training of the second group (out of 10) of Vietnamese specialists under the course “Nuclear and Radiation Safety Regulation in the Russian Federation. Review of the Computer Tools and Codes, applied in Rostechnadzor for Review of Safety Analyses and Scientific Researches”.

The group includes specialists from the Vietnam Agency for Radiation and Nuclear Safety (VARANS), Vietnam Atomic Energy Agency (VAEA) and Vietnam Atomic Energy Institute (VINATOM).

The 4-month training of the Vietnamese representatives in SEC NRS under the basic course “Nuclear Technologies Safety”, which started on September 17 on the basis of the Non-public Educational Establishment of Advanced Professional Training “Central Advanced Training Institute” (Obninsk), is going to be finished by on-the-job training.
