Amendments to NP-086-12

Distinguished colleagues, please note, that the Ministry of Justice has registered the Amendments introduced to the Federal Safety Regulations in the field of nuclear energy use “Rules for Design and Operation of Actuators of Reactivity Control” (NP-086-12) approved by the Order of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service No.176 of March 21, 2012.

The Amendments goal is to extend the requirements of the effective NP-086-12 for nuclear research installations.

The Amendments will come into effect on November 4. The Order of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service No 395 of September 28, 2017 was registered in the Ministry of Justice under the No.48648 on October 24, 2017.
