Section II of the List of normative legal acts and normative documents related to Rostechnadzor scope of activities was approved

Section II “State safety regulation in the field of atomic energy use” of the List of normative legal acts and normative documents related to the scope of activities of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service (P-01-01-2017) was adopted on November 27, 2018.

Section II of the List of normative legal acts and normative documents related to the scope of activities of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service consists of the information on normative legal acts and normative documents concerning the issues related to the competence of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service in the field of safe atomic energy use (hereinafter referred to as List P-01-01-2017).

List P-01-01-2017 is an informational book aimed at information sharing on normative legal acts and normative documents used for safety regulation in the field of atomic energy use among the employees of Rostechnadzor, other federal executive bodies, legal entities, independent entrepreneurs and citizens.

Order of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service № 591, November 27, 2018 abolishes the Order of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service № 172, May 23, 2017 “On the adoption of Section II “State safety regulation in the field of atomic energy use” of the List of normative legal acts and normative documents related to the field of activities of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service (P-01-01-2017)”.
