Definition of the amount of charge for review of drafts of liquid and airborne radioactive discharge limits

Order of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service from May 14, 2019 No 184 “On approval of the Methodology to define the amount of charge for the provision of necessary and obligatory service on the conduct of review of the draft norms concerning airborne radioactive discharge and (or) draft norms concerning liquid radioactive discharge to check if they were developed in accordance with Article 26 of the Rules for developing and setting of liquid and airborne radioactive discharge limits, and for authorizing radioactive discharge limits, which have been established by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No 731 on June 26, 2018 “On liquid and airborne radioactive discharge limits and on authorizing radioactive discharge limits”, and a maximum amount of charge for this service”.

Registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on August 6, 2019 as No. 55499.

Enters into force on August 17, 2019.
