NP-085-19 has been enacted to substitute NP-085-10

On December 6, 2019, the Federal Safety Regulations NP-085-19 “Requirements to Physical Protection of Ships with Nuclear Reactors, Nuclear Maintenance Ships and Ships for Nuclear Materials Transportation, as well as Floating NPPs” approved by the Order of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service of Russia No. 126 of April 1, 2019, has been put into effect.

In this regard, the Federal Safety Regulations NP-085-10 “Requirements to Physical Protection of Ships with Nuclear Power Installations and Ships for Nuclear Materials Transportation” approved by the Order of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation No. 67 of March 11, 2010, shall be recognized as repealed (Order of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service of Russia No. 561 of August 22, 2019 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Russia on November 22, 2019 under the No. 56592).
