Scientific and Engineering Centre for Nuclear and Radiation Safety (SEC NRS) maintains extensive publishing activities and offers the following publications for your attention. 

1. “Nuclear and Radiation Safety” Periodical

Official journal of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service (Rostechnadzor). Founded in 1998.

It is intended for specialists employed by organizations and enterprises of the atomic energy complex, as well as for non-specialists audiences  interested in aspects and issues of nuclear and radiation safety.

The final revisions of the federal regulations and rules in the sphere of nuclear and radiation safety approved by Rostechnadzor and their drafts as well as amendments thereto are published in this periodical. It also addresses issues related to state regulation of safety when implementing the use of atomic energy; it presents information about violations at nuclear facilities operation. The texts of regulatory documents and lists of regulatory documents (revised) are being published in this journal.  

“Nuclear and Radiation Safety”  is included into the list of scientific and scientific – technical periodicals approved by Supreme Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation (VAK), where  the Ph.D. degree applicants’ articles are recommended to be published.

Publication frequency is 4 times a year, its volume is up to 100 printed pages. The journal is distributed by subscription to the "Rospechat" Agency  (subscription index  81717), or referring to SEC NRS.

(in compliance with Contract between SEC NRS and the IAEA concerning distribution of the IAEA publications within the territory of the Russian Federation).

4. Books

on issues of safety regulation in the field of use of atomic energy.
